Moose Knuckles Canada offers a comprehensive return policy allowing customers to return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and ensure all original hangtags, security seals, and dust bags are included inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location and retain your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
